Pertineo is Latin for “I belong”. When designing solutions that utilize data, neuroscience and organizational psychology, we are careful to humanize and center the communities least represented in organizations. Our vision is to use our proprietary model and AI engineered solutions to support workplaces in measuring, implementing and streamlining efforts on their journey to construct just systems/processes and cultivate cultures of belonging and authentic allyship.

We are very intentional about what we are measuring and have defined diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, wellbeing and justice in a substantive manner that breaks down each concept into three sub-categories each.

Industry specific approach

We don’t have one tool built that can be “customized” based on your individual industry needs. Instead of putting the onus on you to figure out how to make our tool fit your needs, we have done the leg work in consulting a group of industry subject matter experts/advisors to develop industry specific tools for you to implement.

Holistic support

We not only support you from inception to completion (communication campaigning, launching the tool, analyzing the results, providing a strategy plan, supporting goal setting and giving you a means to continue tracking your progress), our solutions also involve providing you with vetted vendors or in-house solutions that can be utilized to begin actioning your strategy.

Access and affordability

We are purpose-driven and while we recognize the need to create change at scale, we don’t want to gatekeep information and resources that can support all organizations on their change management journeys.
